Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-11
This is the privacy policy for Beltline Living, a project of Xaymaca LLC ("we", "us"). It explains what information we collect from you when you join our waitlist, what we do with that information, and what rights you have.
If anything in this policy is unclear or you'd like to exercise any of the rights described below, email us at xaymaca@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you join the Beltline Living waitlist on our website or in our mobile app, we ask you to provide three things:
- Your email address
- Your city of interest (one of a short list of US cities, or a free-text entry if you choose "other")
- Your role (whether you're an investor, a real estate professional, a local resident, or something else)
When you submit the form, our server also automatically records:
- The date and time of your submission
- The device and browser you used (the "user agent" string your browser sends with every request)
- The country your request appears to originate from (derived from your IP address by our hosting provider — we store the country code, not the IP address itself)
- Which surface you signed up from (our web app, our iOS app, or our Android app)
We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on the waitlist surface. We do not collect your name, phone number, address, payment information, or any other personal information at this time.
Why we collect it
We collect this information for two purposes, and only these two purposes:
- To notify you when Beltline Living is ready to use. When we open the app to the public, we'll email everyone on the waitlist with a link to sign in.
- To understand where demand is coming from. Knowing which cities and which kinds of users are interested helps us decide what to build next and where to expand.
We will not send you marketing emails for any other product. We will not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties. We will not enrich your record with data from data brokers or other sources.
Where it's stored and who has access
Your waitlist signup is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the United States. Supabase is our infrastructure provider; their security and privacy practices are documented at supabase.com/privacy.
Within Xaymaca LLC, only project staff have access to the waitlist data, and that access is limited to operating the project (reading signups to plan outreach, debugging, fulfilling the rights described below).
We do not transfer your data to any party other than Supabase. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist signup until one of the following:
- You ask us to delete it (see "Your rights" below)
- We decide to shut down the Beltline Living waitlist
- You sign up for a full Beltline Living account, at which point your waitlist record is either deleted or merged into your account record (we'll describe the merge in a future version of this policy)
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you have the following rights with respect to your waitlist data:
- Access. You can ask us what we have on file for your email address, and we'll send it to you within 30 days.
- Correction. You can ask us to correct any inaccurate information.
- Deletion. You can ask us to delete your record entirely. Once we do, it's gone — we don't keep a backup copy.
- Opt-out. You can ask us to stop emailing you. The simplest way is to ask us to delete your record (above), since email is the only thing we'd use the record for.
To exercise any of these rights, email xaymaca@gmail.com from the address you used to sign up, or include enough information in your email that we can identify your record.
If you live in the European Union or United Kingdom
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR apply to your data. The legal basis for our processing is your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your record. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
If you live in California
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) apply to your data. The rights described above are sufficient to cover what CCPA/CPRA call the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt-out. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Children's privacy
Beltline Living is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect waitlist signups from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted the waitlist form, email xaymaca@gmail.com and we'll delete the record.
Security
Your waitlist data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a database that requires authenticated access. The application enforces row-level security so the data is not readable by ordinary web visitors. We follow standard practices for protecting infrastructure access, including secret rotation and least-privilege access for project staff. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the project grows. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we make a material change — for example, adding a new category of data we collect, or a new third party we share it with — we will note the change clearly on this page, and where practical, by email to people on the waitlist.
How to reach us
Email xaymaca@gmail.com for any privacy question, request, or complaint. We will respond within 30 days.
This policy is written for clarity, not as legal advice. It describes practices we have committed to follow. If a court or regulator interprets any provision of this policy as inconsistent with applicable law, the applicable law controls.
